管理brandaccounts账号
主号登陆后直接用下面的链接，可以看到账号下的brandaccount

新建brandaccounts账号

google的账号体系真是比较难用，比如gmail注册电话验证，google pay的信用卡地区问题，还有google voice的注册问题，不过比fb直接封号好一点。
